Postgrade in Law, Politics and Criminology, specialized in Economic Transgressions, Organized Crime and Money Laundering, University of Salamanca, Spain.

Participant in many courses and seminaries, among them those given by the Judicial Power Magistrates and functionaries Association on "Private Law in-deep".

Participant for the Federal Chamber in the rehearsal of the First Oral Trial made according to the new code of procedures in criminal matters.

Coordinator of the Legal Training Courses dictated by the Argentine Republic Central Bank (BCRA), in the Inspection Area.

Expositor in Training courses dictated in Financial Institutions related to the rules and regulations emitted by the BCRA.

Member of the Belgrano University Professor-ship of Public Finance and Financial Law.

Contracted by the Criminal and Correctional National Chamber of Appeal of the Federal Capital City by accordance of the National Justice Supreme Court as an advisor in the substantiation of cases in which Economic-Financial unlawful were investigated.

Until 1991 he developed management functions in BCRA Financial Entities Control and Inspection Areas related, among others to:

Evaluation, as Legal Advisor, of the financial entities under administrative summary risk, according the 21.526 Law, 41 Plea.

Proposal of opening summaries against financial entities, to the Chairmanship.

As the Summary of Entities Department Chief Counselor, he made out the Chairmanship Resolutions Flow on summarized perfomances.

In 1991 he decided to establish a juridical office "Estudio Flores Lazdin, Abogados" and in 1995 he founded "CONSULTORA NOCAMAR S.A." being its President thereafter.

Advisor for many financial entities and commercial societies in administrative, penal and financial matters.

Contracted, among others,by:

BCRA: As advisor in legal and financial punctual matters.

Executive Power of Cordoba Province: Making out of the Provincial Banking security plan.

The Province of Cordoba Bank: Implementation of the BCRA resolution giving the approval to the Security Plan, regarding those aspects related to the merge of Social Bank and The Province of Cordoba Bank, and the constitution of the Trust Fund.

The Federal Audit of the Corrientes Province: Making out of the Project of sanitation and privatization of the Bank of the Corrientes Province.
